Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality. The role involves coordinating service requests, preventative maintenance, and budget adherence while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA standards.

The position requires daily on-site presence, strong leadership, and the ability to manage resources efficiently to sustain property conditions and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee maintenance operations of the community.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards and liabilities.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and budget adherence.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; enforce safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
• Provide input for employee performance evaluations and ongoing training.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of make-ready status.
