Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our communities. You will lead staff, coordinate vendors, manage work orders, and ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance planning, inventory control, unit inspections, on-call coverage, and disaster readiness while delivering excellent resident service and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily.
• Maintain maintenance supplies inventory and budget adherence.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Plan resources and manage vendor bids.
