Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality. The role requires coordinating service requests, managing budgets, and maintaining records in line with OSHA and EPA standards.

The position emphasizes on-site leadership, exceptional customer service to residents, and collaboration with the Community Manager to ensure top-tier property maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff to ensure property upkeep.
• Coordinate and respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements in common areas and units are completed.
