Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, ensure safety, and deliver excellent service to residents. The role collaborates with the Community Manager to maintain facilities and organize preventative maintenance programs.

The position emphasizes on-site supervision, adherence to OSHA and EPA standards, and strong attention to maintenance quality while coordinating repairs and improvements across multiple

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management of the community and staff supervision.
• Coordinate, schedule and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and facilities daily for hazards and repairs.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safe, organized shop.
• Input and track service requests, inspections, and work in progress.
