Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial operations: rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) and ensures data integrity.
• Reviews resident files, communicates on balances, and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Verifies vendor invoices, codes charges, and coordinates with owners and accounting teams.
• Handles evictions per company procedures and supports court proceedings as needed.
• Manages move-outs: applies deposits, handles fees, and processes dispositions.
