Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is hiring an Office Systems Professional to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs and printers. You will travel to customer sites daily, install and troubleshoot networking issues, and provide customer training.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments, and proficiency with Word/Excel. Travel and vehicle allowance may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in technical/repair of business equipment.
• Must be certified on N+ or equivalent.
• IT certifications or training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFPs, printers and non-KM printers.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory workload with effective communication.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning and copying functions.
• Provide sales support by advising on problems accounts and service leads.
