Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Professional to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs and printers. The role includes installations, networking troubleshooting on Windows and Mac, and occasional training of customers.

Travel locally daily within the territory, with some out-of-area training trips. Strong communication, reliability, and ability to work independently are essential, as is keeping accurate records and supporting sales when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent.
• Additional IT certifications or training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFPs and printers.
• Install/de-install equipment, configure and troubleshoot networking issues (Printing/Scanning) on Windows/MAC.
• Travel locally daily to customer sites and manage territory workload.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports; provide sales support when needed.
