Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to service analog and digital copiers, printers, and connected devices. You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful installations.

Travel locally within the territory and occasionally travel for training. Strong networking, OS, and hardware skills are essential to meet customer demands and company metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED; Technical School training preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent; Additional IT certifications or training are a plus.
• Pass background, security and drug test.
• Position requires use of personal car with vehicle maintenance compensation.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
• Performs full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products (KM MFP and printers) and installs/de-installs equipment.
• Troubleshoot networking issues on Windows/MAC OS, load drivers, transfer address books, and perform firmware upgrades.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory work volume; occasional travel for training.
• Communicate with management on customer or field issues and provide sales support as needed.
