Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs for KM MFPs and printers at customer sites in the Addison, TX area.

The role includes travel within the local territory and occasional training trips not far from home. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED with technical training preferred, and 0–1 year experience in technical repair.

Formación

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED required, Technical School training preferred.
• 0-1 year experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified or working towards certification of N+ or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Performs full range of on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products.
• Travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites, manage territory workload and maintain customer communication.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Provide sales support as required.
