Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a Porter to join our on-site maintenance team. You will help upkeep the property, prepare units for move-ins, and support a welcoming, service-oriented environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year on-site housekeeping experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma. We offer comprehensive benefits and flexible schedules to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of on-site housekeeping experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily review of property upkeep, including exterior areas and common spaces.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins.
• Contribute to a customer-service oriented management team culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and trash operations of the community.
• Shuttle/drive residents in company vehicles around the area.
• Assist in making readies.
• Paint common areas as instructed by Supervisor.
• Shuttle/drive residents as needed.
