Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a Porter to support on-site housekeeping for our multifamily communities. You will help maintain interior and exterior spaces and may shuttle residents using company vehicles.

The role requires at least 1 year of housekeeping or customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in on-site housekeeping operations preferred but not required.
Experience delivering customer service as part of a management team is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Openness to on-the-job training.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily review of property upkeep, including exterior areas and common areas/hallways.
Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins.
Contribute to a team culture focused on customer service.
Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
Maintain cleanliness and trash operations of the community.
Drive shuttles as needed.
Assist in making readies.
Paint common areas as instructed by Supervisor.
Shuttle/drive residents in company vehicles around the area.
