Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance across properties and support the Maintenance Supervisor. The role includes routine upkeep, respond to work orders, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA guidelines.

You will participate in on-call emergencies and contribute to a well-managed community. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to OSHA guidelines; participate in preventative maintenance.
• Be available for on-call emergencies at the community as needed.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in daily tasks.
