Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in daily maintenance across our communities. You will perform make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, ensuring property standards and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with safety practices (OSHA) and Fair Housing Laws. The role offers hourly pay with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications
