Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a Porter to support on-site housekeeping and property upkeep across our communities. You will assist with preparing readies, maintaining cleanliness of grounds and common areas, and driving residents or shuttles as needed, contributing to a welcoming living environment.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of on-site housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily review of property upkeep, exterior and common areas.
Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins/readies.
Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
Drive shuttles as needed and transport residents in company vehicles.
Support a service‑oriented on-site team and contribute to a welcoming environment.
