Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintaining our community properties. You will support maintenance tasks, perform on-site upkeep, respond to requests, and help create a safe, clean environment for residents under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

High school diploma required; basic computer skills and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws are expected. Regular onsite attendance and the ability to work on-call emergencies are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site software basic understanding.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Repair and replacements for grounds and facilities as needed.
• Inspect properties daily for hazards and safety compliance.
• Assist in preventative maintenance programs.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
