Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a diligent Porter/Housekeeping team member to support on-site upkeep and resident services at our Texas community. You will help prepare apartments, maintain common areas, and assist in shuttle duties, contributing to a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness. A valid driver’s license is required, and prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site housekeeping operations preferred but not required.
• Experience delivering customer service as part of a successfull management team.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
• Openness to on-the-job training.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review property upkeep daily, including exterior and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins.
• Contribute to a management team focused on customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and trash operations of the community.
• Drive shuttles as needs require.
• Assist in making readies.
• Paint common areas as instructed by Supervisor.
• Shuttle/drive residents in company vehicles around the area.
