Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a dedicated on-site porter to maintain clean, welcoming spaces across our multi-family properties in Nashville. You will report to the Service Manager and support daily upkeep, including exterior areas, common spaces, and readiness of vacant apartments.

Responsibilities include preparing readies, shuttling residents in company vehicles, painting common areas, and assisting the management team with customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of on-site housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience delivering customer service as part of a management team.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review property upkeep daily, exterior areas and common spaces.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins.
• Contribute to a management team focused on customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and trash operations of the community.
• Drive shuttles as needed.
• Assist in making readies.
• Paint common areas as instructed by Supervisor.
• Shuttle/drive residents in company vehicles.
