Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a porter to join our on-site maintenance team. You will help maintain clean, welcoming apartment communities and support readiness of units for new residents, while upholding our hospitality standards.

Porters report to the Service Manager and perform daily upkeep, drive shuttles as needed, and contribute to a team culture focused on resident satisfaction and property excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site housekeeping operations.
• Experience delivering customer service as part of a management team.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Openness to on-the-job training.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property upkeep, both exterior and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in readiness.
• Support a service-driven, customer-focused on-site team.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Assist with trash operations and general waste management.
• Drive shuttles for residents or staff as needed.
• Assist in making readies per supervisor guidance.
• Paint common areas as instructed by the Supervisor.
• Transport residents in company vehicles as required.
