Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a People Practices Business Partner to support a strategic mega/mobility project. This on-site role partners with project leadership to drive workforce effectiveness, engagement, and inclusion on site.

You will advise on employee relations, talent management, succession planning, and performance processes, coaching site-based Advisors, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence to improve practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7–10 years of People Practices or human resources experience required.
• Certifications in HR or organizational effectiveness preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR).

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to execute People Practices strategies supporting engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience.
• Provides guidance on employee relations matters and partners with Workplace Services on complex situations.
• Supports succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs.
• Leads implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served.
• Coaches People Practices Advisor(s) to build capability and consistency.
• Collaborates with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
