Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned People Practices leader to partner with project leadership and on-site teams across a mega/mobility project in the United States. You will guide employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning to drive engagement and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires 7–10 years of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and HR certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of People Practices or HR experience, with supervisory/advisor duties preferred.
• Certifications in HR (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to implement People Practices strategies for engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience.
• Coach and develop People Practices Advisors to build capability and consistency.
• Advise on employee relations matters and collaborate with Workplace Services on complex issues.
• Support succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
