Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned People Practices Business Partner to support a mega/mobility project across multiple U.S. locations.

You will partner with project leadership to drive workforce effectiveness, engagement and inclusion on-site, delivering guidance on employee relations, talent management and organizational needs. The role requires 7–10 years of People Practices experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and professional HR certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of People Practices or HR experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in HR or organizational effectiveness preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to execute People Practices strategies for engagement, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and collaborate with Workplace Services on complex cases.
• Support succession planning, career development, and performance processes.
• Lead culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served.
