Job summary

DPR Construction in the United States is seeking a People Practices Partner for a large on-site megaproject. You will partner with project leadership to execute workforce strategies, guide employee relations, and align talent management with business needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 7–10 years of HR experience, and professional certifications (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR or equivalent) preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of People Practices or HR experience.
• Professional certifications preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to execute People Practices strategies for engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, collaborating with Workplace Services on complex cases.
• Support succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs.
• Lead implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served.
• Coach and develop People Practices Advisors to build capability and consistency.
• Collaborate with COEs and People Operations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of practices.
• Use People Practices metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
