Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a seasoned People Practices leader to partner with project leadership on workforce effectiveness, engagement, and inclusion. This full-time, on-site role supports a mega/mobility project with travel and relocation assistance as needed.

You will guide employee relations, talent management, succession planning, and performance processes while coaching People Practices Advisors. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Centers of Excellence and People

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to execute People Practices strategies supporting engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience.
Provides guidance to coaches on employee relations matters, partnering with Workplace Services on complex situations.
Supports succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs.
Leads implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served.
Coaches and develops People Practices Advisor(s) to build capability and consistency.
