Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a Senior People Practices Partner to align workforce strategies with business goals and drive engagement on large-scale projects. You will collaborate across HR and project leadership to sustain high performance, trust, and accountability.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 7–10 years in People Practices, with preferred HR certifications. On-site, full-time role supporting a mega/mobility project across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of People Practices or HR experience.
• Managerial or advisory experience preferred.
• HR certifications (SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to execute People Practices strategies for engagement and workforce planning.
• Guide coaches on employee relations and collaborate with Workplace Services on complex cases.
• Support succession planning, career development, and performance processes.
• Lead culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives and develop People Practices Advisors.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to improve practices.
• Use metrics and insights to inform organizational decisions.
