Job summary

DPR Construction in the United States seeks a seasoned People Practices Partner to support a mega/mobility project. You will align workforce strategy with project leadership, coach advisors, and ensure consistent application of HR programs.

You will partner with leaders on engagement, performance, succession planning, and employee experience while collaborating with Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7–10 years of People Practices or HR experience required; managerial/advisory experience preferred.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to execute People Practices strategies supporting engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience.
• Provides guidance to coaches on employee relations matters, collaborating with Workplace Services on complex situations.
• Supports succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs.
• Leads implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served.
• Coaches and develops People Practices Advisors to build capability and consistency.
