Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned People Practices Business Partner to collaborate with project leadership on workforce effectiveness and employee experience for a mega/mobility project. This on-site role requires daily presence, a strategic mindset, and strong partnerships with HR and operations teams.

You will guide employee relations, talent management, succession planning, and performance processes to align with business goals while supporting a large-scale, on-site workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business administration or related field.
• 7–10 years in People Practices or HR experience required.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or PHR or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to execute People Practices strategies supporting engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience.
• Provides guidance on employee relations matters and partners with Workplace Services on complex situations.
• Supports succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs.
• Leads implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
