Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a People Practices Business Partner-Southeast to guide workforce strategies and employee relations across major projects. This on-site role collaborates with leadership to drive engagement, performance, and inclusion while supporting the mega/mobility project with on-site presence and cross-functional alignment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 7–10 years of HR experience, with certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience; managerial/advisory preferred.
• HR certifications preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR)

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to execute People Practices strategies for engagement, workforce planning, and performance processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and collaborate with Workplace Services on complex situations.
• Support succession planning, career development, and ensure consistent program application.
