Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to repair desktops and laptops, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with clients directly. You may support Desk Side applications and infrastructure and will handle calls with timely, accurate responses.

The role requires traveling to client locations, delivering hardware repairs, and maintaining safety and asset control per client service agreements. Training and certifications are encouraged as part of the role.

Competenze

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation may be required

Mansioni

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in policies
• Real-time reporting of all calls as documented in policies
• Follow established policies and guidelines relating to delivery of service for each client
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment
• Report activity in an accurate and timely manner
• Understand and follow Safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
