Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic PC Support role that performs troubleshooting for desktops and laptops and provides customer service at client sites. You will interact directly with clients, address technical issues, and respond promptly within SLA guidelines.

Responsibilities include on-site visits, reporting, and following policies. The role requires travel to client locations, basic repair capability, and a valid driver’s license to support geographically dispersed clients.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines and policies
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in policies and guidelines
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in policies and guidelines
• Follow established policies and documents relating to service delivery
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment
• Report all activity in a timely and accurate manner
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines daily
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
