Responsibilities include handling service calls within SLAs, documenting activities, reporting, and maintaining asset control. Travel to client sites and longer trips may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in technician support.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within established SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Follow policies relating to successful service delivery for each client.
• Maintain asset and inventory control; ensure prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines daily.
