Froedtert Health is seeking a Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) to deliver an exceptional patient experience at our Milwaukee surgery center. You will proactively greet patients, handle front desk tasks, and provide outstanding service in person and over the phone.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Healthcare setting experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Patient-facing receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EpicCare is preferred.
