Job summary

Froedtert Health seeks a Patient Access Service Representative to greet patients, manage front-desk needs, and deliver a positive patient experience. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, supporting a welcoming environment at our CP-North Hills Health Center.

Responsibilities include proactive communication, multi-tasking, and delivering accurate information while using Outlook, Excel, and Word. Prior experience in healthcare and EpicCare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, oral and written required.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong proactive organizational skills a must.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors proactively and provide a welcoming experience.
• Deliver exceptional patient experience for front-of-house and phone interactions.
