IPG is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer sites. You will ensure uptime, support production needs, and communicate effectively with customers in the field.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while representing IPG. Frequent travel up to 30% may be involved.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree not required; relevant field experience considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform on-site installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on IPG/Better Packages equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using tools and documentation.
• Provide on-the-job training to customer maintenance teams as needed.
• Schedule and execute PM programs to minimize downtime.
• Document service actions, submit reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with field testing of new products and products feedback.
