Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service and support the transition from clinical services to the retail team in an on-site store.

You will assist with pretesting, contact lens care, and daily operations, while ensuring privacy, accuracy of records, and a seamless patient experience. Join a team that values development, flexible environment, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite 365.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs, and promote products and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain patient records confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
• Assist management with patient complaints resolution and follow-up on orders.
• Prepare and assist in lenses, repairs, and lab-related tasks to ensure timely delivery.
