Job summary

Highway in Dallas, TX seeks an Operations Support Representative to handle customer inquiries and onboarding for motor carriers. The role is in-office with a Monday–Friday schedule and after-hours on-call, weekends, and holidays.

You will manage emails and calls, communicate professionally, and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate support for our customers. This role is non-exempt, full-time, and reports to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey information clearly.
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments (preferred).
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
