Highway in Dallas, TX is seeking a Carrier Relations specialist to engage carriers, respond to inquiries, and drive adoption of the Highway platform. This onsite role supports high-volume outreach and requires strong communication and customer service skills.

The role involves building carrier relationships, resolving issues, and collaborating across teams. Some remote/on-call hours, weekends, and holidays may be required to ensure coverage and performance.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in transportation, brokerage preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Customer-focused with strong communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Engages carriers via multiple channels to obtain truck postings and submit freight quotes.
• Conducts high-volume outbound calls to build relationships with carriers.
• Provides responsive customer service to carrier questions and issues.
• Monitors, analyzes, and reviews application issues to maintain service.
• Suggests updates to the application to fix bugs and ensure correct operation.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and provides user-specific solutions.
• Implements process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Summarizes complex information clearly for internal/external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates responsiveness in communication and manages multiple priorities.
• Be available for remote/on-call after hours, weekends, and holidays.
