Qualifications

• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish or Punjabi preferred.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
• Previous customer support experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer support, including handling incoming support phone calls.
• Represent Highway well when communicating externally.
• Demonstrate proactive, positive and diligent attitude to stay abreast in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate responsiveness in responding to internal and external communication.
• Demonstrate responsibility and organizational skills by managing tasks effectively.
• Work cohesively with other members of the Highway Team.
