Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking an on-site Operations Manager to lead a small team, manage daily shipping, receiving, and mailroom activities, and ensure reliable service for our client.

You will coordinate workflow, supervise staff, and handle equipment safely while maintaining accurate records and communication with the client. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in operations, is hands-on, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, shipping/receiving, mailroom, warehouse, or related.
• Be available business hours Mon-Fri with some weekend availability.
• Forklift experience is required; certification preferred or obtained as needed.
• Supervising or coordinating a small team with a hands-on approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small on-site team, providing direction and coaching.
• Oversee day-to-day shipping, receiving, mailroom and related activities.
• Coordinate receipt, processing, movement, and distribution of packages and materials.
• Operate and oversee safe use of material-handling equipment including forklifts.
• Maintain records and monitor workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and maintain strong relationships.
