Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 0–1 year experience in technical/repair of business equipment.
• Network+ or equivalent certification, or working toward it.
• Pass background, security and drug tests.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; use of personal car.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installation for KM MFPs and printers.
• Configure networking issues, load drivers, and apply firmware updates.
• Travel locally to customer sites; maintain clear communication and satisfaction.
• Train customers on basic printing/scanning functions.
• Maintain ASL truck inventory; support sales as needed.
