Job summary

Konica Minolta currently seeks an Office Systems Specialist to service analog and digital copiers, fax, and connected digital products. You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, with duties including network configuration and firmware upgrades.

Travel locally to customer sites and occasional out-of-area training are required; strong communication and time-management skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with printing from common business applications.
• Microsoft OS peer to peer and MAC OS client side of server environments.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Professional appearance with strong communication skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration across teams.
• Knowledge of territory parts budget and inventory control.
• Basic Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated; work independently.
• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer support on KM MFPs, printers, and scanners.
• Install/de-install equipment; configure and troubleshoot networking (printing/scanning) on Windows/Mac.
• Travel locally to customer sites; handle daily territory workload with communications.
• Travel for training; report issues to management; complete training and qualify through courses.
