Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking an Office Systems Associate I for field service in Las Vegas. You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on KM MFPs and third-party printers, while troubleshooting networking issues and providing exceptional customer service.

Travel daily within the local region and occasional training travel, with a focus on meeting productivity targets and documenting service activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 0–1 year experience in technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified or working toward N+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM MFP and printers.
• Install/de-install equipment and troubleshoot networking issues.
• Travel daily to customer sites and manage territory workload.
• Provide customer call assistance and training to customers.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory and complete timesheets.
• Assist sales by advising on service leads.
