Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking an Office Systems Associate 2 to join our field service team. You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM MFPs and other printers, while handling equipment installation, network troubleshooting, and firmware updates.

You will travel locally to client sites daily, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely service with professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred.
• 1–2 years of technical/repair experience.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent.
• Additional IT certifications or training are a plus.
• Must pass background, security and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be familiar with printing from common business applications.
• Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with Windows/Mac networking and printers.

Responsibilities

• Perform full on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFP and printers; install/de-install equipment and troubleshoot networking on Windows/Mac.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory workload with strong customer communication.
• Provide training to customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for designated territory.
• Support sales by advising on problems accounts and service leads.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports accurately.
