Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Associate I in Field Service to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on KM MFPs and printers. Travel locally to customer sites and occasionally outside the area for training, while maintaining strong customer communication and meeting productivity goals.

The role requires electrical/mechanical aptitude, good time management, and the ability to train customers on printing and scanning.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical aptitude required.
• Strong time management and prioritization capabilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration within field teams.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Minimum of High School diploma or GED; Technical School preferred.
• 0–1 year of technical/repair experience.
• Certified or working towards N+ or equivalent.
• Must pass background, security and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on assigned products.
• Install/ de-install equipment and troubleshoot networking issues on Windows/Mac OS.
• Travel daily to customer sites and manage territory workload.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Provide sales support by advising on problems and service leads.
