Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-focused on-site support associate to deliver prompt service across multiple Boston-area sites, including Wellesley and Boston.

You will handle Copy/Print Production, Mail/Courier, Reception, and File Room duties, with flexibility to cover different locations as needed. Role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required, plus less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to learn new skills and interact with new teams regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, customer-focused service across on-site assignments.
• Participate in Copy/Print Production, Mail/Courier, Reception, and File Room duties as assigned.
• Handle shipping/receiving, inventory, and device maintenance tasks.
• Respond to customer requests and maintain routine upkeep of equipment.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure smooth transitions and coverage.
