The role focuses on mail operations, copy/print production, front desk interactions, hospitality readiness, and facilities tasks to ensure a professional and efficient workplace.

The Service Specialist supports client and team needs with strong customer service, multitasking, and attention to detail while using standard office tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, facilities, or office services preferred.
• Experience in a corporate, professional services, or client-facing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: Sort, meter, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail and accountable packages.
• Copy, Print & Production Services: Complete copy, print, and scan requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reception & Client Interaction: Answer calls, greet visitors, and provide exceptional service.
• Hospitality Services: Set up and maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas; manage inventory and catering support.
• Facilities & Office Support: Assist with moves, signage, and general workplace upkeep.
