SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for an on-site multifamily community. You will support leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and outstanding resident service alongside the Property Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily management, proficiency with OneSite/Yardi and MS Office, and knowledge of Fair Housing rules. This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication and a resident-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Working knowledge of OneSite/Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with state lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.

Responsabilités

• Generate reports on leasing activity, occupancy, and financial performance.
• Maintain resident records, including rent payments and deposits.
• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of community operations.
