SunRidge Management Group seeks an Assistant Property Manager for an on-site multifamily community. You will assist the Property Manager with leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and high-quality resident service.

In the manager's absence, you’ll assume full operational responsibility to uphold SunRidge's standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily property management or leasing, experience with OneSite/Yardi, and knowledge of lease documents and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily property management or leasing
• Familiar with state lease documents, Fair Housing, and Property Code
• Proficient with property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office

Responsabilités

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leasing, occupancy and finances
• Process rent payments, deposits, and notices; support delinquency actions
• Greet residents, conduct tours, process renewals/move-ins/move-outs
• Address resident inquiries and coordinate with maintenance for timely service
• Maintain lease files, notices, and reports; ensure regulatory compliance
• Complete required training and help onboard new staff
