Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations of a multifamily community. You will work with the Property Manager on leasing, rent collection, financial reporting, and delivering outstanding resident service.

This on-site role requires detail orientation, strong communication, and a collaborative approach. Weekend coverage may be required to meet staffing needs and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily property management or leasing experience.
• Bilingual required.
• Experience with TaxCredit/HUD compliance.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite or Yardi) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and state lease documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leasing activity, occupancy, and financial performance.
• Maintain resident records including rent payments, deposits, and leases.
• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing all aspects of community operations.
• Process rent payments, deposits, and fees; issue late notices and track delinquencies.
• Greet residents, show community tours, and complete leasing paperwork; process renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance on service requests and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and housing regulations.
