SunRidge Management Group is seeking an on-site Property Manager for a multifamily community. You will lead leasing, resident relations, financial oversight, and maintenance coordination to ensure high occupancy and compliance with housing laws.

The role requires mentoring the Assistant Manager and collaborating with the AVP and corporate office. This full-time position emphasizes proactive leadership, operational excellence, and guest-ready property standards, with a focus on resident

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge with your state’s lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code
• Proficient in property management systems (OneSite/Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment effectively

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations at a multifamily community
• Train and mentor the Assistant Manager
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Manage financials: rents, expenses, delinquencies, budgets
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendor partners
• Prepare reports for corporate office and ownership
