SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily multifamily operations on-site and collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure leasing efficiency, rent collection, and accurate financial reporting. The role emphasizes resident service, records accuracy, and adherence to SunRidge standards.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle move-ins, renewals, and service requests in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily property management or leasing.
• Working knowledge of property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.
• Familiarity with state lease documents and Fair Housing laws.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leasing, occupancy, and financial performance.
• Financial & Rent Collection: Record rents, deposits, issue notices, track delinquencies, process bank deposits.
